In the past, WLANs were typically deployed in support of a specific application – warehouse/distribution management, manufacturing, maintenance, conference rooms, etc… As the list of applications has grown and more administrative users look for increased productivity through mobility, WLAN deployments have been forced to evolve. nineMonitor provides organizations with simple up/down alerting, basic reporting and version management

nineSupport
In addition to the nineMonitor services, nineSupport adds IT and/or end-user support, contractual SLAs and Monthly support reporting. Our SLAs are structured to provide flexibility for clients who need anything from next day to near-immediate responses.

nineComplete
nineComplete allows IT administrators to offload the day-to-day operations, support and management of all WLAN services and infrastructure. Cumulus provides structured change management, device configuration and software updates, support, reporting, spares pooling, hardware service contract resolution and component failure resolution.
